  1. Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Swatchies

  2. Scope

  3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Swatchies website. The website is operated by Swatchies.

  4. Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract

  5. 2.1. The purchase contract is concluded with Swatchies.
  6. 2.2. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
  7. 2.3. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
  8. 2.4. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order through a separate order confirmation email or by delivering the goods.

  9. Prices and Payment

  10. 3.1. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT where applicable.
  11. 3.2. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
  12. 3.3. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in specific cases.

  13. Delivery and Shipping

  14. 4.1. We deliver within Switzerland as well as to Germany and Austria.
  15. 4.2. Delivery time is generally 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  16. 4.3. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payments already made.

  17. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  18. 5.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days.
  19. 5.2. Details regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate cancellation policy.
  20. 5.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the delivered goods differ from the ordered goods.
  21. 5.4. Returns are only possible if the goods are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  23. 6.1. Statutory warranty regulations apply to all delivered products.
  24. 6.2. Swatchies is not liable for damages caused by improper use, modifications to the goods, or normal wear and tear.
  25. 6.3. Any further liability claims, particularly for indirect or consequential damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
